IGLAND 5002 Pento

IGLAND 5002 Pento (image 1 of 1)

Most of Igland's double-drum winches are supplied in the TL version in which the head unit (top), mounting bracket and butt plate are built together in one unit for mounting on a standard three-point hitch.

Winch head units designed for permanent attachment to tractors and other types of forestry machines are also available.

Operation: Electro-hydraulic, using tractor hydraulic system.

Why two drums? Two drums and two cables pulling the load enable the use of smaller cables and fewer sliders.

Why permanent attachment? Permanent attachment makes it possible to mount the unit closer to the tractor's rear axle, keeping the centre of gravity closer to the tractor's physical midpoint.

Important! The Pento requires a resistance-free hydraulic system - one with free flow of return oil back to the tractor's oil reservoir.
